By 2024, the CBD market is projected to be worth over $20 billion.1 But what exactly is CBD, and how effective is it? We analyse nine medical benefits of CBD oil that have either been proven or are strongly suggested by current research.

But what is CBD, exactly?

Cannabidiol, or cbd packaging for short, is one of over 200 chemical components identified in cannabis and categorised as cannabinoids. It is the second most common active element in cannabis, behind THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the molecule responsible for the drug’s psychoactive effects and the high it produces. The Cannabis Types

The two most frequent types of cannabis plants are Cannabis Indica and Cannabis Sativa.
